We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team at AL Nabooda Automobiles LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling luxury vehicles and possess excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell the range of Audi vehicles via an effective sales process, meeting commercial requirements.
- Maintain showroom displays to the required Audi standard, including brochures and vehicle displays.
- Prospect for customers to create additional sales opportunities.
- FOLLOW THE AUDI SALE PROCESS.
- Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories prices and competitor features.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotions.
Operational Requirements:
- Manage vehicle handovers, providing customers with a full briefing on vehicle operation and controls.
- Introduce customers to After Sales staff.
- Action customer feedback improvements.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
- Keep accurate customer information and sales records.
Professional Development:
- Stay up-to-date with new products launched by the principal.
- Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager.
- Attend regular staff meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Customer-facing sales experience, with sales target achievement.
- Negotiation, planning and organisational skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales skills with a customer focus.
- Technical knowledge and computer literacy.
