About the Role

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team at AL Nabooda Automobiles LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling luxury vehicles and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sell the range of Audi vehicles via an effective sales process, meeting commercial requirements.
  2. Maintain showroom displays to the required Audi standard, including brochures and vehicle displays.
  3. Prospect for customers to create additional sales opportunities.
  4. FOLLOW THE AUDI SALE PROCESS.
  5. Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories prices and competitor features.
  6. Participate in sales campaigns and promotions.

Operational Requirements:

  1. Manage vehicle handovers, providing customers with a full briefing on vehicle operation and controls.
  2. Introduce customers to After Sales staff.
  3. Action customer feedback improvements.
  4. Maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
  5. Keep accurate customer information and sales records.

Professional Development:

  1. Stay up-to-date with new products launched by the principal.
  2. Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager.
  3. Attend regular staff meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  2. Customer-facing sales experience, with sales target achievement.
  3. Negotiation, planning and organisational skills.
  4. Verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Sales skills with a customer focus.
  6. Technical knowledge and computer literacy.
