Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Support the Marketing Operations leader in recognizing areas for enhancement in governance frameworks, processes, and controls, optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to protocols, and fostering a positive team culture within the regional Marketing division.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and rectify inefficiencies by systematically assessing existing workflows, addressing bottlenecks, and executing solutions that streamline operations, boost productivity, and promote ongoing improvements within the Marketing team.
  • Governance Development: Assist in formulating and reinforcing governance and control measures to expedite business growth while minimizing operational risks.
  • Vendor Performance Assessment: Conduct evaluations of vendor performance to uncover consolidation prospects aimed at achieving cost reductions through strategic negotiations and leveraging economies of scale.
  • Protocol Compliance: Ensure the team's adherence to organizational protocols by facilitating timely awareness and compliance with essential annual activities, including objective setting, mandatory training sessions, and other company-imposed requirements, thereby nurturing a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
  • Team Culture Enhancement: Connect the team with firm-wide resources that promote well-being and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), ensuring access to initiatives that support both personal and professional growth.
  • Financial Forecasting Support: Assist in the monthly finance forecasting and reporting process to keep the budget updated, manage headcount prioritization, and monitor the status of open roles across the region.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Aid the Marketing Operations leader in organizing and planning strategic forums, internal communications, and other initiatives.
  • Event Execution: Ensure the successful planning and execution of annual strategy sessions, regional forums, committees, town halls, offsites, and more.
  • Effective Communication: Assist in organizing and drafting impactful communications, preparing for meetings, and summarizing key takeaways and follow-ups.
  • Networking Facilitation: Create a cohesive network among regional client business COO & Strategy teams, actively seeking opportunities for team member development, sharing best practices, and leveraging collective expertise.

Key Requirements and Experience:

  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects across various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated through excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
