    • Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams and evaluate metrics and impact.
    • Use performance data to identify gaps in knowledge or skills of the sales team.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related field.
    • Experience in e-commerce, classified space, or pricing strategy is a plus.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Excel/SQL with strong capability in quantitative analysis.
    • Current knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations.
    • Strong writing and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
    • High standards, highly motivated, and attention to detail are a must.
