The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years' experience in Reservations and 1 year in a supervisory role. Prior experience working in the GCC and a strong knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office applications and PMS systems, is highly desirable.

As a Reservations Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental, you will be responsible for overseeing the Reservations Team to maximize revenue and Guest Satisfaction. You will work closely with the Sales and Events teams to develop future and repeat business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and monitor market trends to maximize revenue through lead development and customer engagement.
  • Ensure optimal occupancy and room rates by analysing seasonal and historical trends while maintaining competitive awareness.
  • Oversee reservation processes, including daily reports, customer satisfaction monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Provide leadership, training, and supervision to the Reservation team, ensuring adherence to department policies and performance goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other departments to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain reservation systems, ensuring accurate bookings, rates, and account tracking for seamless hotel operations.
