Job Summary
Maintify Technical & Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Office Admin to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and file management.
Customer Service
- Direct inquiries and calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Handle basic customer service inquiries or forward them to the appropriate departments.
Financial Management
- Assist in managing office budgets and expenses.
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
- Work with the finance department to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education or relevant certification may be preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
