Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Manage office operations, supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to staff, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and inventory management, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in Administrative/logistics role preferably in GCC country.
  • Knowledge of delivery management, customs, and incoterms.
  • Experience with the SAP platform is an asset.
  • Ability to organize tasks autonomously based on given priorities.
  • Advanced English, both spoken and written.
