Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager Assistant to support the Vice President – Operations in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the regional operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including travel coordination, onboarding of General Managers, preparing reports and minutes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and managing various operational activities.

  • Manage and maintain the Vice President – Operations' calendar, scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and calls to optimize time management.
  • Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and send professional correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Vice President.
  • Develop and coordinate detailed onboarding and induction plans for new General Managers.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings.
