As an Administrative Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the team, ensuring smooth internal processes, and guaranteeing exceptional results. You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide strategic and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead office management, supply chain, and general administrative functions
- Support documentation, invoicing, and data entry for HR and Finance
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Foster onboarding processes for new team members
- Manage records and optimize internal processes
- Offer customized administrative assistance when needed
Job Requirements
What We Expect From You
- Prior experience in an administrative or support position (1-3 years preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bilingualism in English and French
- Meticulous attention to detail and effective prioritization
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
- A proactive and analytical approach
