Working closely with the Patient Experience Manager, you will operate under established standards and procedures that prioritize patient safety and satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills and previous experience in a clinic or OPD setting will be essential in delivering exceptional patient experiences.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of professionalism, coupled with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. You will be expected to maintain effective communication with patients and colleagues, ensuring that all interactions are courteous and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and queries
- Provide accurate information regarding services offered
- Manage patient coordination and ensure seamless interactions
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and courtesy
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary level education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years' experience within a clinic/OPD on Reception, Call Centre, Patient Support services
- Working Knowledge in IT, Booking Software & Call Centre related Systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with an effective and good telephone manner
- Customer care experience and excellent face-to-face customer service skills
- Previous position held recently in the healthcare sector
This mid-senior level position requires a full-time commitment, working closely with the Patient Experience Manager to achieve our goals.
