About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their commercial needs and requirements, and negotiating partnership agreements that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, pitch, and close high-value deals with potential customers in the UAE, leveraging your extensive network of B2B connections.

  3. Source ambitious partners who align with Omanyp's growth goals, helping drive rapid expansion through new development locations, conversions, or competitor takeovers.
  4. Employ a flexible approach to business development, tailoring it to each customer's unique commercial needs and requirements.
  5. Manage a pipeline of opportunities, guiding them from initial contact to signed commercial agreements.

This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is eager to drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales within B2B environments in the UAE.
  • A valid driving license and vehicle in the UAE, as this role requires frequent travel across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.
