As Partnerships Lead, you'll drive growth by securing key partnerships, negotiating deals, and fostering long-term relationships.

About the job

We're looking for a Partnerships Lead to spearhead strategic partnerships and collaborations. The ideal candidate will have experience in securing high-impact partnerships in the UAE, having worked with companies like The Entertainer, Best Bites, or similar platforms. The goal of this person will be to sign and maintain partnerships between businesses and Nomod that are mutually beneficial.

As a Partnerships Lead, you will:

Partnership Strategy and Vision

1. Develop and execute strategies to expand and strengthen partnerships.
2. Conduct research on the UAE partnership landscape to identify high-value opportunities and potential partners.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership goals with Nomod's overall business objectives.

Partnership Negotiation

1. Lead the end-to-end process of securing partnerships, including identifying opportunities, structuring deals, and negotiating terms to create win-win collaborations.
2. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partnership leads, ensuring steady growth in business relationships.

Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with partners, ensuring that collaborations continue to thrive and evolve.
2. Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within partner organizations.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any partnership-related issues or opportunities for improvement.

Partnership Performance Tracking and Optimization

1. Develop and implement systems for tracking partnership performance, including key metrics such as engagement, revenue generation, and ROI.
2. Regularly assess the effectiveness of partnerships, optimizing strategies to ensure mutual success and long-term value.
3. Use data and insights to improve future partnership opportunities and refine approaches for existing partnerships.

Collaboration and Communication

1. Communicate partnership strategy, goals, and progress to internal teams, ensuring alignment across the organization.
2. Present partnership updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
3. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership campaigns and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience.
3. Proven Success in UAE Partnerships: A track record of securing and managing strategic partnerships in the UAE, with experience in sectors like loyalty programs, digital platforms, and corporate collaborations.
4. Strong Network: Established relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in industries such as fintech, e-commerce, loyalty, and digital services within the UAE.
5. Results-Oriented: A focus on delivering measurable results, whether it's driving revenue, increasing user engagement, or achieving strategic business goals through partnerships.
6. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams like marketing, sales, and product to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership agreements.
7. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategic partnership opportunities and outcomes to senior leadership.
8. Ability to work on a Hybrid Set-up.

1. Experience in Startup Environments: Having worked in dynamic, fast-paced environments where adaptability is key.
2. Strong networking skills with a personable, outgoing approach to building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
3. Cross-Cultural Experience: Familiarity with working with diverse teams, especially in a multicultural environment like the UAE.
4. Advanced Data Analytics: Skills in using advanced data analytics tools to interpret partnership performance and drive improvements.
