Business Growth Manager

Talent Pal: We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in the industrial market. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE industrial market, including large manufacturing and oil and gas sectors. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with local engineers and general contracting firms, and driving business growth through the expansion of our client base.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of previous sales experience in the industrial market, preferably selling specialty construction services or products.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE industrial market, including large manufacturing and oil and gas sectors.
- Adequate knowledge of concrete repair and technologies.
- Proposal development skills.
- Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals/quotas utilizing a CRM system.
- Solid understanding of the sales process, with the ability to explain the process from identification of opportunity through close of sale.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree may be given preference.
- Candidates who possess previous construction or restoration experience will be given preference.
