Position Overview:

The Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of various events. This position involves a comprehensive understanding of client needs and the ability to manage all aspects of event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and clarify the client's requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Oversee all aspects of event preparation, execution, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate venue bookings, entertainment arrangements, photography services, and speaker schedules.
  • Prepare all necessary administrative documentation related to events.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via telephone, fax, and email.
  • Manage all correspondence for the Events Department and maintain an organized database.
  • Ensure the upkeep and management of the event database.
  • Assist with promotional activities as needed.
  • Align event planning with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct final inspections on the event day to ensure compliance with client standards.
  • Evaluate the overall success of events and compile findings for review.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned related to event coordination.
Ideal Candidate:
  • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and confident, with a dynamic personality.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
