  • Coordinate with management, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Manage event budgets and resources effectively.
  • Vendor and Exhibitor Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitors, vendors, and subcontractors.
    • Assist exhibitors in their setup, ensuring proper placement and adherence to event guidelines.
    • Coordinate with vendors for services like catering, audiovisual equipment, and signage.
    • Address exhibitor and vendor inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Dubai Driving license.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
