Senior Account Manager

At Core42, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with major accounts, promoting our Data & AI and GenAI solutions to drive customer satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Foster long-term client relationships, aligning with their growth vision and ensuring maximum exposure of our service offerings.
  • Client Advocacy: Regularly liaise with key client stakeholders, offering Data & AI and GenAI-driven insights to ensure client satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Performance Management: Proactively identify new Data & AI and GenAI use cases and opportunities, ensuring adherence to performance levels and account profitability targets.
  • Account Growth: Act as a trusted advisor, continuously growing customer accounts across targeted companies and supporting clients in their Digital Transformation journey.
  • Project Management: Win and close key and large Digital Transformation projects within the account, leveraging Data & AI and GenAI for significant growth.
