Position Overview
You will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt Place's corporate strategies and brand standards, while fulfilling the expectations of employees, guests, and stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
The Front Office Supervisor is tasked with facilitating the seamless and efficient management of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications
- Preferably possessing a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations is essential. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are required.
