About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office services, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Front Office Operations: Supervise and coordinate front office services to ensure efficiency and adherence to operational standards.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain high guest satisfaction through active communication before, during, and after stays.
  • System Management: Oversee the responsible use of systems and equipment, including PMS, credit card machines, and key systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the first contact for the Emergency Response Team during emergencies.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure hotel product quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two years of supervisory experience in an operations role within a hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, task-management, leadership, creativity, and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills.
  • Language: German Speaker is required for this role.
