Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team at CHALHOUB Group. As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them achieve their goals.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Implement and promote exceptional customer service standards to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
    • Manage VIP guest relationships and ensure that their needs are met.
    • Manage customer complaints effectively and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Maintain all operating standards, including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishments.
    • Ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, retail store operations, and HR guidelines.
    • Assist the Department Manager in preparing for inventory audits and ensuring that all stock movements are properly recorded.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Stay ahead of the latest trends, products, and competitors and share feedback with the store manager and relevant stakeholders.
    • Assist in the achievement of the store's sales targets by collaborating with the sales executive team to generate sales through high-selling techniques.
