Purchasing Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Stores department at AccorHotel. This includes ensuring all standards are followed, planning and coordinating the storage and distribution of goods, verifying and keeping records of incoming and outgoing items, and managing inventory of supplies on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Stores department.
- Plan and coordinate the storage and distribution of goods.
- Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing items.
- Manage inventory of supplies on a monthly basis.
- Maintain all documents and files related to inventory items.
- Ensure all control procedures for Stores are followed.
- Work closely with the Purchasing department to prepare for the storage of goods.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all storage areas.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
- University/College degree in a related discipline an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
