We are seeking a Core HR Operations Lead to join our team at Americana Restaurants. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the Oracle HCM modules and ensuring their effective operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance the Oracle HCM modules to support HR operations effectively.
  • Oversee Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Compensation & Benefits modules.
  • Ensure timely enhancements and upgrades in line with Oracle's quarterly updates.
  • Manage access control across Oracle HCM, ensuring role-based access and security compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Oracle HCM certification is mandatory.
  • 4-6 years of experience working with Oracle HCM.
