About the Role

The Senior Oracle HCM Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Oracle HCM system to support HR operations effectively. This role will ensure seamless operation of all modules, including Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Compensation & Benefits.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance the Oracle HCM system to meet business needs and best practices.
  • Ensure timely enhancements and upgrades in line with Oracle's quarterly updates.
  • Lead system configuration and optimization based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and frameworks across all HR functions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective policy implementation and adherence.
Talent and Compensation Management Support
  • Support HR teams in implementing and executing talent management processes, including performance management and succession planning.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits processes within the system, ensuring correct implementation of salary structures and increments.
Data Accuracy and Reports
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance.
