KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Account Executive, you will engage with clients in their work environments to identify how we can assist them. Your role may involve visiting construction sites, offices, and warehouses.

This position embodies a consultative sales approach, requiring hands-on involvement to showcase our cutting-edge products and services. Rather than traditional cold calling, you will focus on nurturing relationships with receptive clients, guiding them towards the most innovative and cost-effective solutions tailored to their needs.

Our Comprehensive Sales Training Program equips all new sales personnel with the necessary skills for success, including extensive training and personalized coaching during the initial months.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree; an Engineering degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in the construction or related industries is essential.
  • Ability to excel both independently and within a team.
  • Proven capability to cultivate engaged customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Persuasive, customer-focused, and a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to relocate or commute as necessary.
