Position Overview
Talent Pal is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Client Relationship Manager to enhance our business development efforts. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a solid track record in cultivating and expanding client accounts within the energy commodities or financial information sectors. As a Client Relationship Manager at Talent Pal, you will play a pivotal role in retaining and growing our existing client base through renewals while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include developing strategic plans within your designated territory, collaborating effectively with various departments, and delivering exceptional value to clients through innovative strategies and solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in consultative nurturing and growth of existing client accounts through renewals, while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive client expansion.
  • Generate new sales leads and contribute to overall business development.
  • Foster strong client relationships that translate account needs into business opportunities, ensuring client retention through responsive and proactive account management.
  • Implement strategies focused on renewal achievement, customer retention, and revenue enhancement.
  • Build collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and information in Salesforce.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in a professional services B2B sales environment, preferably within a commodities or financial information context.
  • Proven success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Experience in relationship building, lead identification, and closing deals at the executive level.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Fluency in English with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Effective collaboration with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer workflows and decision-making processes.

Desirable Skills
  • Experience in selling research and analysis services within the Energy and Financial Markets.
  • General knowledge of energy markets, including back, middle, and front office operations.
  • Fluency in Arabic.
