- Follow-up and Follow-through: Ensure that all requests are handled in a timely manner and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
- Wakeup Calls: Ensure that all wakeup calls are correctly input into our Property Management System (PMS) and that the task is completed in a timely manner.
- Chat Support: Monitor and respond to E Butler Chat requests within 60 seconds, providing accurate and helpful information to our guests.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
