The Regional Account Manager (RAM) for Talent Pal will concentrate on proactively establishing new client relationships and expanding existing territories. This role involves close collaboration with our Technical Channel Partners and Marketing teams to devise effective sales strategies and campaigns aimed at fostering trusted connections with customers and their senior representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting: Identify and actively pursue potential clients and existing accounts to enhance the adoption of Talent Pal's innovative solutions.
- Market Development: Increase market share within the designated territory by setting clear objectives for accounts and developing tailored market strategies for each product and service.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Connect with key decision-makers such as CIOs and CISOs to cultivate and expand business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work alongside relevant stakeholders (PreSales, Marketing, and Sales leadership) to present the right value propositions to Channel CEOs and their associated sales and technical teams.
- Revenue Goals: Achieve quarterly revenue targets aligned with business unit objectives.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with our ecosystem of alliances or technology partners.
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with security frameworks and platforms can be advantageous.
- Account Management: Maintain comprehensive account information in Salesforce to facilitate opportunity management and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Client Consultation: Advise customers on cybersecurity initiatives and ensure ongoing engagement from initial demonstrations through to post-implementation support.
- Client Meetings: Lead and participate in client meetings to discuss performance, feedback, and future opportunities.
- Experience with both end customer environments and channel sales.
- Demonstrate value to CIOs in complex customer scenarios by showcasing technical and sales expertise.
- Proven account management experience in the commercial sector.
- Stay informed about competitive cybersecurity technologies and market trends.
- Possess a growth-oriented mindset and experience working collaboratively.
- Network effectively to build strong relationships with senior executives.
- Excel in communicating the business value of complex technology solutions in accessible language.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the security industry.
- Account management certification such as SPIN or TAS is highly regarded.
- Sales-based certifications are a plus.
- Security certifications are advantageous.
