Service Desk Engineer (Voice)

Location:
Onsite role in a dynamic environment.

Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, networking, Citrix, VPN, and various hardware/software issues.

Key Skills:
ITIL V.4 certified professionals are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
This position involves working in an IT Service Desk (Voice process) for a healthcare initiative. The associate will:
1. Handle user inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and ticketing systems.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in fundamental IT Service Desk functions with a minimum of 18 months experience in an International Service Desk setting.
3. Be knowledgeable in basic Citrix, VMware, Microsoft Outlook, networking, VPN, and other hardware/software troubleshooting methods.

Work Environment:
Candidates must be prepared to work in a 24x7 operational setting, primarily during night shifts.
