Site Coordinator

As a Site Coordinator at SecureTech LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site activities related to the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Electronic Lock and Vibration (ELV) systems, including Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), access control, and other security systems. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Management: Oversee and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- ELV Systems Installation and Maintenance: Supervise the installation and configuration of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, and communication systems.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ELV and CCTV systems; ensure systems are operational and meet performance requirements.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including installation reports, system configurations, and compliance documentation; ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or similar role, with specific expertise in ELV systems and CCTV installations. Prior experience working with similar projects or in a related industry is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, and other security technologies. Familiarity with industry standards and practices is a plus.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Additional certifications in ELV systems or project management are advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., security system certifications, project management certifications) are beneficial.
