About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Reception and Administration Assistant to join our team at Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH. In this role, you will provide critical support to our front office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional client service, answering calls, and handling queries in a timely manner
  • Greeting visitors, showing them to their room, and providing refreshments
  • Managing client meeting rooms, maintaining them to a high standard, and coordinating office activities
  • Ordering passes for new hires and managing visitor passes, creating new hire welcome packs
  • Maintaining consumables levels and reordering as required, organizing office maintenance
  • Supporting administrative functions, including loading invoices and obtaining cost centre allocations

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication skills, presenting a friendly and open style
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • An obvious passion for client service
