Reception and Administration Assistant

About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Reception and Administration Assistant to join our team at Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH. In this role, you will provide critical support to our front office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional client service, answering calls, and handling queries in a timely manner
- Greeting visitors, showing them to their room, and providing refreshments
- Managing client meeting rooms, maintaining them to a high standard, and coordinating office activities
- Ordering passes for new hires and managing visitor passes, creating new hire welcome packs
- Maintaining consumables levels and reordering as required, organizing office maintenance
- Supporting administrative functions, including loading invoices and obtaining cost centre allocations
Essential Requirements
- Relevant experience in a professional services environment
- Excellent communication skills, presenting a friendly and open style
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- An obvious passion for client service
