Administrative Assistant

We are a diversified group of companies based in the UAE, seeking a bright and dynamic Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience providing top-level assistance for high-level executives.

  • Ensure smooth running of daily agendas, meeting preparations, minutes taking, document keeping, translation, and day-to-day operations.
  • Handle mail, audit, and administrative matters related to company business.
  • Handle visitors and VIPS.
  • Develop systems and organize workflow from the executive Office.
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; making judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth engagements.

The role involves managing multiple priorities, coordinating logistics, and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
