Reception Manager Assistant

Join Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) as a Reception Manager Assistant and contribute to the success of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house service, managing client meeting rooms, and coordinating office activities. If you have a passion for client service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks, we encourage you to apply.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional front-of-house service, answering calls and responding to queries in a timely manner
* Greet visitors, show them to their meeting rooms, and offer refreshments
* Manage client meeting rooms, maintaining high standards and ensuring they are always ready for use
* Liaise with teams to coordinate office activities, such as controlling temperature, booking couriers, and organizing post
* Order passes for new hires and manage visitor passes
Requirements
* Relevant experience in a professional services environment preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and open style
* Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
* Passion for client service and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to build relationships at all levels
