POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Relationship Manager is tasked with enhancing the visibility of Talent Pal and its offerings, particularly in the realm of English language education and assessment solutions. This role involves achieving or surpassing designated sales targets while delivering exceptional customer support. The representative must effectively communicate about educational and assessment products to various sectors, including public, private, and academic institutions; collect market insights; and contribute to digital marketing initiatives among other responsibilities. The Client Relationship Manager is crucial in driving sales for Talent Pal's educational assessment products.

This position serves as the primary liaison between Talent Pal and its clients across the UAE, directly responsible for maximizing sales of educational testing products. The role is vital for generating revenue and engaging with both current and prospective clients.

The individual will collaborate closely with the Country Director to identify new business opportunities, negotiate agreements, and strive to meet monthly and annual sales objectives. This includes acting as a connector between Talent Pal and its existing and potential markets, gathering customer insights to facilitate discussions on pricing, delivery, and specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehend and articulate Talent Pal's current and future educational products and services.
  • Develop an annual business strategy with measurable objectives for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement initiatives to raise awareness of Talent Pal's offerings across public, private, and academic sectors.
  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy for all assessment products, particularly focusing on the TOEFL suite, including the TOEFL ITP Assessment Series, TOEFL Young Students Series, TOEFL Junior Tests, and TOEFL Primary Tests.
  • Support sales efforts for the TOEIC assessment suite, which includes the TOEIC Listening and Reading test, TOEIC Speaking and Writing tests, and TOEIC Bridge.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure marketing and sales efforts are accurate and effective, ensuring necessary follow-ups.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of marketing contacts, including regular outreach to new prospects as part of daily sales activities.
  • Engage with existing clients to provide ongoing support and ensure client loyalty.
  • Offer recommendations to the Country Director regarding potential new program developments.
  • Represent Talent Pal at relevant conferences and exhibitions as needed.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Collect market intelligence to inform strategies.
  • Report all client and prospect activities to the Country Director and, when necessary, to Talent Pal Headquarters.
  • Communicate any product or service concerns raised by clients to the Country Director.
  • Adhere to all organizational pricing guidelines.
  • Provide a weekly sales report to the Country Director and Talent Pal Headquarters, summarizing accomplishments against the annual sales plan and identifying areas needing management input.
  • Contribute to social media marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently and take initiative in a proactive, results-oriented manner.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Capacity to collaborate professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to embrace new assignments enthusiastically.
  • Exhibits enthusiasm and self-confidence.

Preferred:

  • At least five years of experience in Business Development/Sales and Marketing within an Educational Institute.
  • Experience in Test Centre management.
