Our Guest Environment Experts are proficient in a variety of housekeeping tasks, responsible for upholding the aesthetic and cleanliness of the entire hotel.

They are granted the autonomy to navigate their environment and take necessary actions.

Whether it involves fulfilling guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and communal areas, or other related duties, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that the hotel spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.


Regardless of the position held, certain factors are essential for success – ensuring a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional.

Guest Environment Experts will be active and mobile (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will adopt a hands-on approach to their tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance).

Executing all these responsibilities effectively (along with other reasonable job duties as assigned) is vital for Guest Environment Experts – to achieve excellence for our guests and our business consistently.


Preferred Qualifications

Education:
No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.

Related Work Experience:
No prior related work experience necessary.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.
