Job Overview

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our success in the GCC and Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electro-Mechanical sales, with expertise in HVAC, heating, and cooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
  3. Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to clients.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the Electro-Mechanical / HVAC / MEP / Facilities Management industry.
  • Proven experience working in the GCC and Dubai region.
  • Familiarity with products and solutions from the same industry.
  • Strong network and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to multitask, manage multiple clients, and close deals efficiently.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
