Job Description Summary

The Fleet Foreman plays a critical role in supporting the MTSM Manager in managing the Vehicles fleet. This position requires a high degree of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance teams to plan and execute repair and maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Driver Performance Evaluation: Monitor driver performance using fleet tracking devices and provide feedback to improve driving skills and reduce incidents.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and other relevant activities, providing regular reports to management.
Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in oil & gas industry, hazardous goods transportation, and diesel vehicle maintenance is required. A diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable institute is mandatory. Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, especially Excel, is also essential.
