Job Overview

The FMCG Merchandise Coordinator plays a critical role in promoting partnership growth through outreach and engagement within functional areas. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering reports, acting as a technical liaison with partners, and coordinating OPSEC and Insider Threat partnership activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement communication plans to promote partnership growth.
  2. Facilitate collaboration and documentation using DEIA Maturity Framework and Constituent Relationship Management Tool.
  3. Act as a liaison between partners to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  4. Provide recommendations on communication approaches for clients.
  5. Develop and deliver reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience or 9 years of experience without a degree.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Previous partnership engagement, outreach, or OPSEC experience desired.

Skill Requirements: This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
