Position Overview:

Talent Pal is in search of a skilled Account Manager to oversee the daily operations of client accounts, delivering strategic insights into marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal relationships to effectively achieve client goals.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' industries and business models.
  • Monitor client activities to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Identify market demands and challenges, recommending adaptive strategies.
  • Proactively seek opportunities and anticipate shifts in business trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, establishing trust and credibility.
  • Lead the Account Team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Support the professional growth of team members through training and mentorship.
  • Assist Account Planners by leveraging market research insights.
  • Oversee budget management, including cash flow and cost control.
  • Regularly report operational progress to the Account Director.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in an agency environment.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of effective advertising principles.
  • Awareness of societal trends and brand interests.
  • Curiosity and knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
