Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at AccorHotel.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to handle all incoming RFPs (Requests for Proposals) with precision and flair. You will be responsible for preparing and sending out offers, negotiating rates, and making any necessary adjustments to secure the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new accounts and maintain existing ones to maximize opportunities and suggest additional events and activities to complement our MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions) bookings.
  • Keep our Sales & Catering PMS updated by inputting all bookings, including waitlisted and inquiry bookings, and ensure every detail is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by keeping in touch with local journalists, community leaders, and VIPs, and maintain an excellent rapport with them throughout their stay.
  • Organize and conduct site inspections of our conference and banqueting facilities to ensure that our venue always looks its best.
  • Handle all inquiries with a swift and efficient approach, making sure no request goes unanswered.
  • Stay connected with the Sales Team and other departments to ensure everyone is aligned and informed about bookings and sales activities.
  • Attend departmental meetings and major events, and represent Mama Shelter with a positive and professional attitude.
