Position Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our executive leadership at YS Capital. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This position demands a professional who can manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel logistics.
  • Draft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents as required. Organize and facilitate meetings, which includes preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Oversee communication and correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Safeguard confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Support special projects and events, ensuring all logistical elements are executed smoothly.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records in both electronic and physical formats. Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned to bolster the executive team’s effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable administrative capacity.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or German is advantageous).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, showcasing initiative and dependability.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.
