Job Description

As an Executive Butler at Accor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalized service to our discerning guests at the Club Millesime lounge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hotel Ambassador: Act as a liaison between guests and the hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Service Excellence: Provide uncompromising levels of cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of service.
  • Butler Service Operations: Utilize appropriate materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the butler service, requisitioning as needed.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Adhere to Sofitel standards for telephone etiquette, ensuring professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Guest Interaction: Maintain close contact with guests, interacting with them whenever possible to ensure their needs are met.
  • Professionalism: Remain friendly, attentive, and professional at all times, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist and coordinate daily activities with the Club Millesime lounge team and Butler Supervisor, replacing them as needed.
  • Guest Greeting: Personally greet and escort guests, rather than directing them to their destination.
  • Guest Complaint Resolution: Manage guest complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction, recording complaints as necessary.
  • Supervisor Support: Call the Butler Supervisor, Club Millesime Assistant Manager, FOM, DOR, or HM for advice in serious cases or when approval is required.
  • Guest Feedback: Report all guest comments or complaints, maintaining a record of feedback.
  • VIP Recognition: Be aware of VIPs in-house, recognizing them and maintaining a good trace of their stay.
  • Reservation Management: Check details of all Club Millesime reservations 24 hours prior to arrival, following every content as per assigned section.
  • Room Preparation: Prepare pre-assigned rooms according to guest preferences, 'Your Butler is Waiting for You' form details, and operational standards.
  • Guest Welcome: Provide a warm welcome to guests in the room, offering a glass of Champagne or alternative non-alcoholic beverages along with a welcome chilled towel.
  • Check-In Assistance: Assist the GSO at the in-room check-in of the Club Millesime guest, handling passport, credit card, or other documents.
  • Guest Needs: Meet the guest's needs upon arrival, offering assistance with unpacking luggage, proposing pressing service, shoe shine service, or preparing a bath upon request.
  • Amenities and Facilities: Present the guest with amenities and facilities in the room (rooming) and on the Club Millesime floors.
  • Guest Care: Take genuine care of all guests throughout their stay, particularly those staying in the assigned section.
  • Laundry and Housekeeping: Withdraw and deliver laundry and housekeeping requests.
  • Room Upkeep: Ensure a perfect and personalized upkeep of the room.
  • Internet Assistance: Provide assistance with internet connection.
