HR Coordinator Role at Erick Trading
We are seeking a skilled and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at Erick Trading. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with internal and external HR-related inquiries, maintaining employee records, and supporting the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR-related inquiries and requests from employees and management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both hard and digital copies.
- Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Assist with performance management procedures, including scheduling meetings and maintaining agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars, and perform orientations for new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
