Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in account management or a similar field.
  • Fluency in Russian with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is also required.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
