Job Title: Hosting Director

This is a senior management position that oversees the marketing department, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hosting industry and be able to lead a team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team to develop and implement hosting services and solutions that meet the needs of customers in the Arabic region.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with regional carriers, service providers, and operators to ensure successful hosting solutions.
  4. Establish and maintain operational methodologies and processes for hosting projects, ensuring a deep understanding of mobile internet VAS operations.
  5. Support global significant hosting projects, including delivery planning, key milestone assessment, and project governance.
  6. Effective communication with executive customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:

A. Experience: 6+ years in the Telecom/Internet industry, Internet Company or service provider.

B. Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge and practices on internet or mobile internet marketing and operation.
  • Familiarity with diversified new business models such as revenue sharing model, pay as you grow, etc.
  • Familiarity with WAC, Appstore, SDP technical platform and methodology.
  • Familiarity with content management and operation.
  • Result-oriented, passionate, and team spirit. Global business management experience is preferred.
  • Extensive relationships with regional CP/SP/AP and operators.
  • Experience in creating hosting solutions, business case development, and business negotiation.

C. Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic in verbal and written.

D. Frequent regional business travel.
