This role is responsible for managing the governance of joint ventures, coordinating office operations, and administering government relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, facilities management, and government affairs, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the governance of joint ventures, including collaboration with PWC and the bp Group.
  • Coordinate office operations, including hosting arrangements for other Middle East business.
  • Administer government relations, including immigration visa for employees and their families, commercial license for bp Middle East.
  • Manage the interface SLAs between JLL, Engie, and Global Link.
  • Run the Dubai office and hosting bp aviation, Castrol, and T&S.
  • Lead project management and interface for government matters.
  • Report regularly to senior management concerning updates of local procedures and policies.
  • Support regional CE&A for communications and events coordination.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree or equivalent experience.
  • UAE nationality with family book.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • 7 years of experience in administration, facilities management, and government affairs.
  • Ability to interact at senior level within BP and Government agencies.
  • Structured, detail-oriented personality.
  • Office Administration capabilities and Microsoft Office competence.
  • Excellent project management skills.
