Business Development Manager Professional

Franklin Templeton is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Sales and Marketing Department in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in executing our sales strategy to support and grow our business through financial intermediaries within a defined sales territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of Franklin Templeton's products and processes to effectively service the needs of our advisors.
- Maintain regular contact with advisors through one-on-one meetings, presentations, telephone, email, and conference calls.
- Ability to articulate organizational updates, investment processes, investment themes, and global market events to intermediaries and distributors.
- Ensure all advisors in the territory are receiving appropriate coverage through execution of the sales plan, regular team meetings to review progress, and review of the advisor database.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a finance-related discipline. MBA will be beneficial.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in channel management/sales.
- Preferably asset management experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and market environment.
- Additional certification like CFA, CAIA would be beneficial.
