Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to enterprise companies.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Sell recruitment solutions to enterprise companies, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions
  2. Develop strong relationships with assigned verified leads and manage a business in the assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach
  3. Carry out other tasks as requested by management, including ensuring data repository integrity and reliability on CRM

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology
  • 3+ years of demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets of B2B solutions
  • Work experience in SaaS industry would be an advantage
