Join Our Team as a Front Office Assistant
RMC Asia and Accor Hotels are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Contractual Position in Front Office in the UAE. This opportunity allows participants to work in a global hotel environment, discover exciting cultural experiences, and enjoy the cosmopolitan hub of Dubai.

About the Role
This position involves greeting guests, ensuring their welcome, and handling inquiries with professionalism. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and related administrative duties. They will also be responsible for handling reservations, processing payments securely, and providing information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and ensure guests feel welcomed upon arrival, attending to special guests like VIPs and handling inquiries.
  2. Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and related administrative duties.
  3. Handle reservations, process payments securely, and provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  4. Assist guests with transportation, dining, and local attraction suggestions, while addressing inquiries and complaints.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
