Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive with Farsi language skills to join our team at David Kennedy Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting and selling our products and services, and maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell our products and services by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with account setup, ensuring all necessary documentation (KYC) is completed efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing ongoing support and reinforcing our brand identity.
  • Market Insights: Track client activities and market conditions, offering insights and assistance as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client queries related to accounts, funding, and withdrawals.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and act on new business opportunities by understanding client needs.
  • CRM Management: Keep the CRM database updated with all client interactions and follow up with inactive clients to drive engagement.
  • Reporting: Report issues to management and work with the team to find effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native/ fluent in Farsi both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a same/similar role within the FX/iGaming/financial sector/FinTech.
  • Location: Already settled in Dubai with the ability to work under a Service Agreement.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes.
  • Team Player: Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as per business needs.
  • Work Schedule: Work schedule: Monday to Friday, office hours.
