We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Reporting to management and performing various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our front office.
- Answering telephone calls, screening and forwarding calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events with our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail, as well as performing other administrative tasks as required.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents accurately and efficiently.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements as needed.
