JobDuties:
- Greet andassist clients visitors and employees in a professional andfriendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls routethem to the appropriate departments and take messages asneeded.
- Manage appointment bookings andmaintain calendars for meetings andevents.
- Perform general administrative tasksincluding data entry filing and organizing documents asrequested.
- Address inquiries and provideinformation about the company its services and ongoingprojects.
- Prepare and distribute correspondencereports and other materials asrequired.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in officeadministration are aplus.
Experience:
- Proven2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similaradministrative role preferably in real estate or a relatedindustry.
OtherRequirements:
- Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suiteand experience with officeequipment.
