- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
- Experience: 5-8 years of Senior HRBP experience with a proven track record in strategic human resources planning and execution.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Business Acumen: Ability to engage with the business and understand their goals and needs.
