Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Manage all employee relations matters, including IR queries, misconduct, performance management, disability enquiries, and other related issues.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of Senior HRBP experience with a proven track record in strategic human resources planning and execution.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to engage with the business and understand their goals and needs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
